Field Service
We are dedicated to supporting our customers if they have difficulty with their applications or equipment. Our sales representatives are trained in bonder maintenance and are our first tier of support. If further expertise is required, we are ready to deploy support personnel worldwide to assist with problems ranging from application support to equipment failures.
Technical Support
HYBOND, Inc. prides itself in its technical assistance to customers. We will try to help you free of charge via phone or email when any situation arises or if you just have technical questions about our wide array of equipment. If the problem is not easily taken care of by phone or email, we can set up an on-site Field Service visit to assist you. Please contact us for Field Service pricing and scheduling.
Training
We offer a scheduled wire bonding fundamentals course three times per year at our corporate headquarters. Invitations to this course are sent at least one month prior to the set date. Invitation priority goes to customers who have purchased equipment in the last year and to those who request an invitation. This course is also available at any other time to groups of five or more persons and should be scheduled through our customer service department. Training at other than the scheduled courses can be done on site or at our corporate headquarters.
Applications
We are open to try any application you may have in mind. Contact us to set up a sample bonding trial. We will help you choose the most appropriate Die Bonder or Wire Bonder for your application and will share with you the information obtained in the trial bonds.
